We are currently working on the financial restructuring of Education Access (Australia) Pty Ltd by means of a Licence Agreement with an incoming purchaser, a Deed of Company Arrangement and a Creditors' Trust.  It is complicated in a technical sense, challenging and hopefully quite rewarding in terms of achieving the best outcome for key stakeholders.
