Danielle Roche - Director
Commencing her career in insolvency in 1999, Danielle’s role is to provide realistic advice to clients facing insolvency issues and once an appointment has been effected, implement and monitor strategies, take decisive action and make necessary recommendations in order to achieve the best return for all stakeholders.
This includes managing the conduct of a company in a trade on situation and dealing with the daily issues that arise, whilst attempting to achieve a sale of that business or restructure of the company’s affairs through a Deed of Company Arrangement.
Danielle has extensive experience in both personal and corporate assignments over a variety of industries and has a special interest in conducting forensic investigations for the purpose of identifying avenues of recovery which may not be immediately apparent or to support litigation proceedings.
This also includes the conduct of an analysis of a company’s solvency for submission to a Court.
Danielle gained her accountancy, commercial and insolvency experience initially whilst working with a major insolvency firm, then joined Peter Vince and Kylie Wright once they had established the Dandenong practice of Vince & Associates.
Danielle’s experience extends to the conduct of all types of insolvency administrations, including:
- the trade on of a international freight forwarding company and written analysis of its solvency for submission to the Court which resulted in the liquidation being terminated and creditors receiving full payment of their claims;
- the trade on and then sale of the business assets of a sheet metal fabrication entity which resulted in a full return to creditors and small return to shareholders;
- the administration of significant bankruptcy matters which required the conduct of complex investigations and application of the provisions of the Bankruptcy Act, 1966, and resulted in the instigation of legal proceedings and successful recovery of assets for the benefit of creditors.
Danielle has a business accounting degree from Monash University and is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants. She is a Registered Trustee in Bankruptcy, member of the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants’ public practice panel.
